Ares Turismo Meeting Point

The meeting point is not at a dock, but at our info desk. Here you will check in and an instructor will accompany you to the boat for the handover of the vessel.

The info desk is a blue counter with the ARES logo, located on the sidewalk in front of the port, on the opposite side of the street from the Piazzale della Pace parking area.

Only for boat rentals:

⚠️ We ask you to bring TWO PHYSICAL AND ORIGINAL IDENTITY DOCUMENTS. Photocopies, scans, or images on your phone are not accepted.

We also ask you to arrive 20 minutes before departure time. This time is necessary to complete check-in and receive the briefing on using the boat.

In case of delay, your appointment will be rescheduled as soon as an instructor is available again. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible, but this may reduce the actual time of your rental.

📹 We remind you to watch the briefing videos that you received via email with your booking confirmation or via WhatsApp before arriving at the info desk.

Watching the videos is an integral part of the rental contract and is mandatory before the boat is handed over.
